Sessions

Each session is a chance to connect with yourself. To follow and witness what is alive in you, and connect to your depths — your truth. Your system guides us. Safety and connection to is the bridge to that guidance

Focus: Somatic coaching and integration support for ongoing work or specific needs.

Focus: More time for deeper somatic exploration, integration dialogue, and embodiment practices when needed.

Pricing: For all my services I offer a sliding scale to increase access to this work. If you are experiencing financial hardship but feel deeply called to this work, we can explore options. Those who are able to pay at the top of the scale help support those with less access.

Somatic Guidance

Cultivating awareness and capacity to be with and witness your embodied experience. From here, life has the potential to open into greater depth, fullness, and meaning.

Spiritual Guidance

Support for navigating awakening experiences, spiritual openings, and the excruciatingly beautiful terrain of expanded consciousness. I help you cultivate contemplative practices that support your path and integrate spiritual insights into daily life. If desired, I also offer spiritual practices through the lens of classical Tantra and nature-based practices."

Integration

Integration is a big word that gets thrown around a lot these days, and it looks different for everyone.

In our integration sessions we support your body so it can digest and metabolize what you are processing. It is a somatic process, happening through the body, and is the art of being presently embodied.

Ceremonial Containers

For those called to explore expanded states ceremonially, I offer containers rooted in reverence and safety that include preparation, support, and integration. This work is sacred and relational.

I only open these containers when the resonance is clear and mutual.
